Delivery UK

All Items Purchased before 4pm will be dispatched within 24 hours unless otherwise stated. Anything after 4pm will be dispatched within 48 hours except for weekends. We use Royal Mail as our Standard Delivery Service and other couriers for the heavier goods. If you require postal insurance or additional services, please let us know so that we can re-quote your Postage Costs. Couriered goods have a standard insurance of £50 but you must sign as damaged and contact us immediately.

Postage costs are quoted by weight, not number of items to provide the cheapest delivery method. To avoid duplicate postage charges the shop will calculate the total weight of your basket and price shipping accordingly, VAT is included in prices shown and will be indicated at checkout.

Delivery Overseas (Inc Republic of Ireland)

Smaller overseas parcels are sent using Royal Mail. All items are sent using a trackable service where possible. Royal Mail aim to deliver to European Destinations within 3 working days and Worldwide Destinations within 5 working days.

Larger shipments are sent via a range of couriers using the cheapest and most reliable service to that area.

Please be aware that if payment is made by cheque, your item will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
